10 Randoms

I didn't get tagged, and I'm not trying to start a tag deal either. Just thought it would be fun to jot down 10 of my fave things to do.

In no particular order:

1. Sing Kainoah a song before bed. She only will let me sing 3; Kainoa by Isreal Kamakawiwo'ole (to the right), Constellations by Jack Johnson, or Angel by Jack Johnson. Anytime I try and throw in a new song she shuts me down!

2. Read Keaghan "The Giving Tree" for the millionth time before bed. He just HAS to read this book. He's actually reading it to me now which is nice. Good thing it's an amazing book or that would really suck.

3. Work out. I've never regretting working out after I've finished, ever. I know it's hard to finish one, and even harder to start. That's my struggle right now, making time. Not that I don't have it, I just use it on other, more fattening things.

4. Spending time with my wife. She is perfect for me. Whether we're playing video games, watching movies, or napping, I'm always having a killer time!

5. Playing with my dog. Men love dogs. Men were made to have dogs. Although she likes to misbehave, I love my Harper.

6. Kicking people in the head. I truly miss going to the gym, especially on kickboxing night. It is a pretty good accomplishment to kick someone in the head. Especially for me at 5'7". So when it happens, relish it. Just don't let it happen to you. Keep your hands up.

7. Talking to friends who I haven't talked to in a while. It's good to catch up, to see how life is treating them. Let them know I'm still thinking of them, and say "until next time..." Knowing there aren't any expectations are nice. Makes me want to stay in touch more.

8. Traveling. I love to see new places, and experience new things. Problem is that I haven't done too much of it. Hopefully I'll figure out a way to get out there.

9. Work. Sounds odd eh? I know I have my ups and downs. It's a downer right now with the market the way it's been. But overall I really really love my job. I've had far worse, but can't say that I've had any better... except for maybe the two summers I spent at the Sports Park in high school. Man it was easy to pick up on girls back then.

10. Find new things. Whether it's music, movies, websites, whatever, it's a good time to enjoy new experiences and not get stale and stuck with the same stuff. I find new music with Pandora. New websites with Stumble. And new movies the old fashion way...going.

Well there you have it folks. Good day.
